The inaugural Cadbury Schweppes ARL Masters Carnival was hugely successful with sixteen teams from around Australia taking part.

Draw

The draw consisted of forty games on three fields over three days. Each team played five games – two on Thursday, two on Friday and one on Saturday.

Prizes

Numerous prizes were available such as tickets to Test Matches and the NRL Grand Final. The winners were drawn in the Carnival Marquee each night.
